Amy LaBorde is a licensed, professional real estate agent in Boulder & Denver, Colorado. Amy has lived in Boulder since 1999. After starting out with Keller Williams Realty’s Downtown Denver office in 2005, she and business partner, Brad Evans, quickly excelled with their Top Producing Team, DenverCORE, and consistently received honors in their office including #1 Sales Volume, #1 Listing Volume, #1 Closed Volume.

Amy’s skills were refined through the ups and downs of a challenging real estate market in the late 2000′s. She gained experience in all arenas of the real estate market beyond just working with residential Buyers & Sellers, but also working with developers listing new construction projects, and even commercial sales and leasing. Amy & Brad then went on in 2008 to start their own independent realty company in both Denver and Boulder, DenverCORE & BoulderCORE  (COlorado Real Estate).
